Hayes Dolce’s practice includes representing employees with employment discrimination claims in state and federal agencies and in court. Such work involves representing clients with claims of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sex, and gender identity, as well as discrimination based on age and disability. Our team has experience representing clients with claims of workplace harassment and hostile work environment, including claims of sexual harassment. We have represented employees with such claims in both union and non-union workplaces.
