Hayes Dolce represents unions in all aspects of organizing and contract enforcement, as well as matters related to union administration and governance.  Our team advises and represents unions in all stages of contract bargaining, and regularly represents unions in arbitration to enforce CBAs and defend members from discipline.  Our attorneys also represent unions in court and before administrative agencies in all respects, including the National Labor Relations Board, New York Public Employment Relations Board, the Department of Labor, the New York State court system, and in federal court.  We also have experience in representing unions in all aspects of appellate practice.
