Beck Riedman (they/she) is the newest addition to Hayes Dolce. They joined the firm in 2023 as a Peggy Browning Fellow, and later returned after graduating law school in 2024 as an associate. Originally from the Finger Lakes region, Beck is proud to put their law degree and legal experience to good use by protecting the rights of workers.  

Beck has experience in both labor and employment law matters.  They have worked with both private and public sector unions in arbitration hearings, contract negotiations, and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Public Employment Relations Board. Prior to law school they assisted low income individuals with overcoming legal barriers to accessing health care and insurance, and represented tenants facing eviction and loss of subsidized housing vouchers.  During law school, they interned at Mobilization for Justice in New York City where they worked on impact litigation, completed a Peggy Browning Fellowship at Hayes Dolce, and clerked for Administrative Judge Robert D. Rose at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
