Attorney
Charlotte LeClaire contributes to all aspects of Hayes Dolce’s work, with a focus on the firm’s practice of advocating for injured workers on large construction projects. In doing this alternative dispute resolution (ADR) work, she guides negotiations, manages matters from intake through resolution, and communicates with parties throughout ADR programs to help reach fair and efficient resolutions for workers.
Charlotte’s commitment to public service began before law school, when she served with AmeriCorps helping low-income individuals access health and community resources. During law school, she volunteered with the Ohio Governor’s Expedited Pardon Project, helping clients file criminal record expungements. She also interned at the University of Dayton School of Law’s Immigration Clinic, where she assisted clients with asylum applications. She was a Fulbright Semi-Finalist for the 2025–2026 cycle.
During law school, Charlotte externed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, worked as a summer associate for a general practice firm in Dayton, Ohio, and clerked as a judicial Intern in the domestic relations court. Charlotte earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2025. Before joining Hayes Dolce, Charlotte worked in domestic relations and U.S. business immigration.
She looks forward to serving the Buffalo community as a worker-side advocate, contributing to work that directly impacts people’s lives.
