Grace joined Hayes Dolce in 2026 after three years as an economic development consultant, working with communities across New York, South Carolina, and Texas. That work built her interest in community engagement and in projects that make a real difference in people’s day-to-day lives. At Hayes Dolce, she’s glad to support both the attorneys she works alongside and the workers the firm represents.
Grace is originally from Ohio and has a background in economic analysis and econometrics. She attended the University of Cincinnati for her undergraduate and master’s degrees, where she first became interested in labor issues through her history coursework. That interest grew during her time in economic development, where she saw firsthand the range of challenges facing different communities and sectors of the workforce.
